The second quarter of 2024 saw notable trends in the performance of the top navigation and maps applications in Bahrain. Data from Sensor Tower highlights key metrics such as weekly downloads and revenue for these apps.

Google Maps Go experienced varied weekly downloads, starting at 1.6K in early April and peaking at almost 2K in the week of April 8. The numbers then fluctuated, settling around 1.5K to 1.8K for most of the quarter, with a slight rise to 1.9K in mid-June.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic showed a significant spike in downloads in early May, reaching over 1K, and later peaking at 1.3K in mid-May. Afterward, download numbers varied between 400 to 700 for the remainder of the quarter.
